Communication Skills: I am an excellent communicator who effectively conveys information both
verbally and in writing. I am also a keen listener and gives prompt feedback. Flexibility and Adaptability: I
am a flexible team player who thrives in environments that require ability to effectively prioritize and
juggle multiple concurrent tasks. I have the ability to be trained and embrace the process of continuous
learning. New skills, knowledge, and understanding are great but moreover is the ability to take those
learned skills and adapt them to the task at hand. Again, rely upon knowledge management to pull from
that collective information. Through a multidisciplinary approach of bringing in more voices to the
equation will often result in solutions. Despite the best-laid plans, sometimes it takes good old fashioned
improve to get the job done. Have a new technology, purchasing idea, or design that the company

appearance. A poorly organized space leads to physical discomfort, wasted time, lost objects, and even

"(I am a highly result driven professional with over 3 years of experience at the Burguret Farm (Nanyuki)
in Procurement and Production Departments. I am ambitious and a fast learner with good interpersonal
skills. I possess a great desire and emotional drive to prosper in all tasks and work performance. I desire
to progressively work in a highly dynamic and value-driven work environment in order to continuously
provide high quality products and services in the organization. Committed work ethic Putting in extra
hours to meet the target and by doing that little something extra and, especially, showing initiative. One
of the most overlooked key strength of employee who works as a procurement staff is patience.
Working as a procurement staff rep is not always easy. suppliers may be angry or frustrated. As a staff i
must be patient and listen, even to rude or flustered environment. Someone who is team-oriented
enjoys working with groups of people. A team-oriented employee is essential to employers because they
can act as leaders for the group. Am a team-oriented employee which is also beneficial to the workplace
as it is focused on the overall success of department or project in addition to the individual role and
