MEPCA STAGE -1

SSR-201
Toluene 2500 lit.

Water Contain W/C (0.1 to 0.5)

SMO Powder (540 kg) (Temp. 25 °c to 30°c)

BCN 1000 Lit. And stirring 60min. (under brine)

DMC 1700 LIT.

Maint.3 hours (NMT 50°C)

After flush the brine and apply cooling for 15 min.

Then drain the cooling and apply heating for reflux

1 hrs. Reflux

And start the recovery to receiver tank (toluene)

Apply vacuum for degassing when stir gets trip

And charged MEOH & heat & reflux

Cool & transfer the lot to SSR-116

SSR-116
Stir 60 min. and apply brine for DES addition

Charge DES to DT- 201 tank (Neutral DES)

And charged DES slowly to SSR-116 (NMT 12 °c)

Maintain the reaction for 5 hrs. (NMT 12 °c)

And after heating for reactions

Reflux & maintain. 5hrs.

Check PH acidic and start MEOH recovery to tank

After start degassing under vacuum

After cool the reactions and charged 2kl water

Stirring and settling 1hrs. & Separation

And transfer the lot to SSR-119
