INAUGURATION CEREMONY

A very good morning to all the LOVELY LADIES over here, ahh and HANDSOME BOYS
too. We’ve gathered here on this grand occasion, Aarambh 2k21!

1. To start off the day with blessings from the Almighty, we have the FAC MUSIC TEAM
to lead us in the PRAYER SONG.

2. (WELCOME ADDRESS )
It gives me immense pleasure to extend to you all a very warm welcome on behalf of
the Fine Arts Club, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education.
I welcome the esteemed Vice chancellor Dr. R. Nagaraj, the chief guest of the event
and respected guests of honour, Dr. Sivakumar, Director of student affairs, and
Dr. Ramalingam, first year Dean, Freshman Engineering. Thank you, dignitaries for
gracing this auspicious occasion with your presence. I also lend a special welcome to
all the students and faculty who have gathered here, and guarantee you a Saturday
filled with fun, happiness and joy.

3. Light is a symbol of brightness and prosperity as sunlight expels the darkness and
brings happiness in our lives. We will have our traditional LAMP LIGHTING
CEREMONY as a tribute to Mother Saraswati the goddess of knowledge and arts.
I heartily welcome our honourable patrons to light the lamp and start off Aarambh
2k21 with a bang!

4. We have amidst us our respected dignitary Dr. R. Nagaraj, Vice Chancellor,


Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, to give the PRESIDENTIAL
ADDRESS.

      Thank You sir for your inspiring speech on this eventful day.

5. Now we have Dr. P. Sivakumar, Director students Affairs, KARE who will present the
INAUGURAL SPEECH.

6. FELICITATION ADDRESS

Now, I call upon Dr. Ramalingam, Dean – Freshman Engineering, Kalasalingam Academy of
Research and Education to give the felicitation address.

7. FELICITATING THE GUESTS


Now, to felicitate the honourable dignitaries on the stage,
I call upon Dr. P Sivakumar, Director of student affairs to present the shawl and
bouquet to our Vice chancellor Dr. R. Nagaraj.
Now, may I request Dr. Ramalingam, Dean – Freshman Engineering to felicitate
Dr. P. Sivakumar, Director of student affairs with a shawl and bouquet.

I call upon Mr. M Armstrong, club coordinator to present the shawl and bouquet
to Dr. Ramalingam, Dean – Freshman Engineering.

8. MIRTH WINNER | RUNNER ANNOUNCEMENT


The most awaited MIRTH 2K21 winner and runner will be announced now!
I invite our esteemed chief guest, Vice chancellor, Dr. R. Nagaraj to present and
wish the winner and runner.
The runner of MIRTH 2K21 is FIRST YEARS, ENGINEERING.
Dr. Ramalingam, dean , freshman engineering will receive the award on behalf of
the first years.
Round of applause for the runner!

Thankyou sir for collecting the award.

Now, the WINNER OF MIRTH 2K21 is SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE!


I request the audience to cheer with a round of applause!

9. To get you all swept up in songs and dance we have SPECIAL


PERFORMANCES by the FINE ARTS CLUB.

I can see that the heart beats are rising and everyone's eager to sink in the depth of music,
dance and variety. Well, here we are! 

Now, let's finally start today's string of grand events. 


I congratulate and wish you all the best for your participation. Looking forward to discovering
lots of new talent from everyone today!

Students, please follow the instructions given by the respective volunteers.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Following the agenda for the day, 

1. DANCE EVENT:
The first event will be DANCE. The event will start in half an hour. Students who are
participating in the dance event assemble at the auditorium at 10:30 am. Please be on time,
participants who are not punctual will not be allowed in the auditorium. (Repeat again)

2. SINGING EVENT: Singing event will be held in the auditorium, after the dancing event is
complete. Students participating in singing please be ready and be on time.
(Repeat).

3. VARIETY AND FASHION EVENT: variety and fashion events will be held in the TIFAC
CORE AUDITORIUM between 10:30 am - 1: 30 pm. Students participating in variety and
fashion please assemble at the TIFAC CORE AUDITORIUM sharply at 10:30 am. Please be
on time.

5. GAMING EVENT:
Gaming events, BGM and FREE FIRE will be held in front of the auditorium.
Students participating in BGM and FREE FIRE, assemble infront of the auditorium
sharply at 10:30 am. The events will be held between 10:30 am - 1: 30 pm.

6. SKETCHING AND LITERATURE:


Sketching and story writing events will be held in 8th block between 10:30 am - 1: 30
pm. Students participating in sketching and story writing please assemble at 8th block
at 10:30 am. Please be on time.

As informed, events will start at 10:30 am. All participants please be on time , if not you will
be eliminated. (repeat)

DANCE EVENT:
Dance event will start at 10:30 am here in the auditorium. To my right side, we have
arranged three desks where you can submit your song audio. As soon as you have
submitted your audio there, please take your seats in the front. The dance event will start
sharply at 10:30 am so please be quick. Those who have submitted your audio at the desks,
please take your seats.
