Shipping Instructions

• Package the watch carefully and place in a sturdy, disposable box.

Please do not send your watch in the original branded box.
• Print your name and return address on the box, as well as on all correspondence you send to us.
Describe the service that you would like to have performed, and include your daytime phone
number, fax number, and e-mail address.
• If applicable, please include a copy of the validated warranty or a sales receipt.
• We recommend you use a carrier that has the ability to track and insure your package throughout
the delivery process.
• You will receive an acknowledgement shortly after your watch has been received and evaluated
in our facility.

To make a diagnosis of your timepiece, our

watchmaking service will have to open the case in
order to gain access to the movement. In the case
of a refusal of the proposal or a return, we do not
guarantee the functioning of the watch, even if it was
functioning at the time of deposit. Only a partial or
full service (depending on the diagnosis) can ensure
the correct functioning of the watch. We provide a
guarantee* on partial and full maintenance (*from the
date of leaving the workshop, please see individual
brand pages for length of warranty).

Maintenance work carried out by the Swatch Group,

US Service Centers is exclusively guaranteed by
these locations.

What are the service intervals?

Like any high precision instrument, a watch needs to
be serviced regularly in order for it to work perfectly.
Obviously, we cannot indicate the exact intervals for
such work, given that it depends entirely on the model,
climate and the care taken by the watch's owner.

What should I do to ensure that my watch

continues to provide excellent service for
many years?
• Magnetic fields: avoid placing your watch on
speakers or refrigerators, since these have strong
magnetic fields.
• Bathing in the sea: always rinse your watch with
warm water afterwards.
• Shocks: whether thermal or other, avoid them.
• Crown: screw it in carefully to ensure that no water
enters the mechanism.
• Cleaning: for metal bracelets and for all water-
resistant cases use a soft brush with soapy water
and a soft cloth for drying.
• Chemical products: avoid direct contact with
solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products,
etc., since they may damage the bracelet, the case
or the gaskets.
• Temperatures: avoid extreme temperatures (above
60C, or 140F, below 0C, or 32F) or extreme
temperature changes.

Warranty:
We offer a twenty-four month warranty on the work carried out. In the event of a fault covered by this warranty, we will, at
our discretion and without cost, repair or replace any spare parts and/or rectify a faulty repair as identified by our Customer
Service. All other rights resulting from the faulty execution of our services are expressly excluded. This warranty does not
cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if work is
carried out on the watch by persons who are not authorized to do so by Swatch Group U.S. / Breguet.
