This daily lesson plan outlines Ms. Shiela Mae Llamar's English class for grades 10 at Lakeview Integrated School from February 20-24, 2023. Over the course of the week, students will learn about literary criticism by exploring three approaches: feminist criticism, historical criticism, and reader response criticism. Students will identify and analyze different literary devices and elements through each critical lens. They will also discuss concepts like gender roles and women's empowerment through analyzing songs and arranging scrambled terms. Formative assessments include identifying the literary approach used in paragraphs and examples. The goal is for students to understand and apply correct grammar in defining literary concepts.
