A Mission Statement
FresH Drink Shop will be a locally established coffee shop located in west java, Indonesia. The brainchild of
Three talented students with an entrepreneurial spirit, we are ready to emerge into opening their own coffee
shop.
While the menu will be small and simple, the time and attention given to everything they will serve makes
FresH Drink truly unique when looking for quality coffee. Their exceptional customer service will allow for
customers coming back and allowing them to develop a strong reputation with its clients.

Java Bros will focus on social media platforms and will dedicate an employee to be its social
media manager. That person will develop unique and inviting posts and post its daily specials,
upcoming events, and updates on the coming locations.
Local Partnerships
Java Bros will partner with local businesses and offer its employees VIP pricing for its coffee and
food items. The goal is for those local businesses to either display or advertise Java Bros in their
office space or retail shop.
Competitive Advantage
Fresh Drink Coffee Shop offers several advantages over its competition. Those advantages are:
● Exceptional customer service and focus: The owners of Java Bros pride themselves on being on
location everyday and getting to know the majority of their clientele. They believe when customers
receive this type of individualized focus, the customers come back.
● Fresh, local coffee: Java Bros commits to only serving coffee roasted locally in Texas. The
freshness and authentic taste help make the coffee offered exceptional and superior to the
competition.
● Tech Friendly locations: Free internet, multiple outlets for laptops and tablets, and a digitalized menu
and ordering system are benefits that their target clientele gravitate towards.
Milk Bee Coffee and Milk Bee is another local Austin coffee shop that is also located
Tea Shop in the university neighborhood. The menu is relatively the same,
and they also offer a wide variety of teas and tea products. It has
become a favorite for local artists and musicians as the owner
allows local talent to showcase their art there and local
musicians are able to play during business hours with a simple
reservation.

The promotions strategy for FreshDrink Coffee Shop are as follows:

Along with the development of our business, we will enrich the taste of our products, so as not to
make customers feel bored, even though later we don't have the budget to make all kinds of flavor
variants, but we will make the best-selling flavor variants looking at sales data on the days
previously. Our sales target is at least 90% sold every day.
Our group, namely 3B, is in charge of selling our products. But behind that we divide the tasks where
Muh.Fahrul handles the social media section, Jim Raihan and Bambang as the production team.
Sales Channels
However, because we are currently still in the pandemic stage, we only do it online through social media.
After this pandemic period is over, we will distribute directly in the area that we have made as a center for
advice, namely the CityWalk area.
The method we use in sales is divided into 2, if the purchase is direct then we will serve directly as well, but
if the buyer goes through an online order on social media we will serve online through the social media chat
feature that we use.
Production Plan
Production Process
The first step: Provide tools and materials.
-We buy materials through trusted people we have personally contacted.
-Ordering cups accompanied by daily quotes.
-providing a container for the ingredients of our products later.
-and provide ice cubes and other necessities
The second step: producing the product
After the tools and materials are ready, the production team will make preparations to produce the
product with the daily target dose that we have set.
Third step: Product marketing
Product marketing through social media for online channels which includes:
- FreshDrinks instagram account
- FreshDrinks Tokopedia Account
- Seller's personal Whatsapp account(Mamber3B)
Location
Actually, for the manufacturing process, we do it at our own FreshDrinks shop. However, because we
haven't found a shop yet because we haven't dared to rent a place because the pandemic will still cause
losses to our business, so we do production at the house of one of our team members (Jim Raihan).
