CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract Agreement is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by
____________________ and _________________________-.

1. Project Description: Client has engaged Contractor to manage the “Research,


Planning and Development of ” project in a competent and professional way.
The Project will include, but not be limited to, the management of the project,
coordination with other teams, companies, and stakeholders, and ensuring
that the project is completed on time and within budget.
2. Services Provided: Contractor agrees to provide the following services to
Client:
● Project management services for 12 hours per week
● Researching any materials or professionals that the project may require
● Coordination with suppliers and other vendors
● Coordination with other team members and stakeholders
● Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget
● Maintaining constant communication with the client regarding the status of
the project
● The parties agree to hold meetings on a weekly basis, every Friday for a
duration of one hour and thirty minutes. In the event that a Friday meeting is
unable to be held, the meeting will be held on the following Sunday at the
same time as the scheduled Friday meeting.
3. Compensation: Client agrees to pay Contractor the amount of ________ per
week for the services provided under this Agreement. The days of payout will
be at the end of the 2nd week and at the end of the 4th week of the month
worked.
4. Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall be effective from the date of
acceptance by the Client and shall remain in effect for a period of 1 month.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time provided
that they give written notice of termination to the other party at least 24 hours
prior. In the event of termination, both parties will make every effort to resolve
any pending issues or unfinished business within the 24-hour notice period. In
the event of termination, the Contractor shall be entitled to payment for
services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. Contractor must disclose, in writing, if there is a potential conflict of interest
or personal relationship with any prospective or current vendor, supplier or any
party of a contract valued more than ___________
7. Independent Contractor: Contractor is an independent contractor and nothing
in this Agreement shall be deemed to create an employer-employee
relationship, partnership or joint venture.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Mexico
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether
oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
10. Acceptance: The Client hereby accepts the terms and conditions of this
Agreement by signing below.
