Before this Court is a Petition for Probation filed by accused

he be granted Probation.

It appears that the accused has no disqualification under P.D. 968. The
Probation Officer of xxxxxxxxxxxxx is hereby ordered to conduct a Post
Sentence Investigation and to submit a report not later than 60 (sixty) days
from the receipt of this Order.

The handling Prosecutor is given ten (10) days from the receipt of this
Order to file its Comment. Let copies be furnished to the Parole and
Probation Office of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
