Subject: WEARING OF PRESCRIBED UNIFORM AND/OR ATTIRE

Students are advised to observe the following:

1. SCHOOL UNIFORM AND CORPORATE/BUSINESS ATTIRE


1.1. The prescribed uniform could be worn during Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Wednesdays and Saturdays are designated as "Wash Days".
1.2. Should a student opt not to wear the prescribed uniform, the existing dress code policy of
the University as reflected in the current Student Manual must be observed.
1.3. Students enrolled in certain programs are required to observe the Program Attire/Business
Attire on designated day/s.

Please be advised that specific details on prescribed attire will be discussed by the
deans/chairs at their respective colleges/departments.

1.3.1. CSCS - Tuesdays starting 21 March 2023

Students under the Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in


Medical Biology programs are to wear white Medical Uniform and black shoes.
This is optional, however, to graduating students.

Students under Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, Bachelor of Science in


Computer Science, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology programs
are to be in Corporate Attire.
1.3.2. CEAT - Mondays and Fridays
1.3.3. CTHM - Tuesdays
1.3.4. CCJE

General Office Attire (GOA) for Bachelor of Science in Criminology (CRI) Fourth
Year students - Fridays

GOA for CRI and Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science (BFS) Second Year and
Third Year students - Fridays

GOA for BFS21 - Thursdays

1.3.5. CBAA - Mondays


1.3.6. COEd

Fourth Year students enrolled in Teaching Internship are in their Teaching


Internship uniforms when reporting at their respective teaching internship
assignments. They report to DLSU-D during Fridays. They can wear their
Teaching Internship uniforms when they report to DLSU-D.

1.3.7. CLAC
Psychology Program - Thursdays

Political Science Program - Saturdays

2. PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORM


The details of the prescribed PE uniform are:

plain white shirt;


with print provided shirt is dominantly white; and
any color of jogging pants or jersey shorts.

Students should wear rubber shoes when they are in their PE Uniform. Students opting to purchase
school uniform and/or PE uniform may go to the Ancillary-Uniform Office beside the Warehouse
Stock Room. Both are situated at Santiago Alvarez Hall (SAH). Please look for Mr. Dennis Cavalida.
