RHB Bank - STANDARD AUTHORIZATON FOR REDEMPTION STATEMENT

This letter authorizes RHB Bank to: 1) Issue a redemption statement and send it to the appointed solicitor for a property. 2) Send the executed Discharge of Charge and security documents to the solicitor upon full payment. 3) Credit any excess redemption amount to a specified bank account held by the borrower(s) once the loan is fully settled. The borrower(s) agree to indemnify the bank for carrying out these authorizations and instructions.
