‘SCRIPT LITERARY – CULTURAL CONTEST 2016

Tin : To our honored guests, Hon. Suzette T. Alquizada our Municipal Mayor,
SB Members______________________,our respected members of
the board of judges, School Administrators, Contestants and coaches,
ladies and gentlemen good afternoon.

Tess: The literary Musical Contest is held to bring out the various talents of our
children. In this way, they are able to showcase their skills in various
competitions. This is not a mere competitions but a learning venue to our
dear pupils outside of the four walls of our classrooms.

Tin: This afternoon, we are gathered once again, mindful of the value of hosting
cultural competitions in the field of literary, music and dance.

Tess: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Literary Musical
Contest 2016, Elementary Level.

Tin: To formally start this afternoon’s program, everyone is enjoined to stand as


we give honor and respect to our national symbols as we sing the Lupang
Hinirang to be played live by the Queen’s Royal Band.

Tess: This will be followed by the doxology with the selected Grade IV Pupils of
TCES, please remain standing as we sing the Himno sang Tigbauan by the
Queen’s Royal Band.

Tin: Please be seated. At this moment, let us hear the words of welcome from
our witty and gorgeous district supervisor Mrs. Ma. Rolynda C. Gotera.

Tess: Thank you Maam Gotera for that warm welcome. This time let’s hear an
inspirational message from a woman who has the ability to extend
opportunity to every willing heart, the chief executive of our town, Hon.
Suzette T. Alquizada.
Thank you very much Hon. Mayor.

Tin: We now come to the contest proper. The orders of the contest proper are
as follows. First is the Filipino Declamation, to be followed by the English
Declamation, The Binalaybay, Vocal Solo (Visayan Folk Song) the Hiligaynon
Declamation, Composo Duet, Vocal Solo (OPM) and the Philippine Folk
Dance. Filipino Declamation, please get ready.

Tess: Read the Contest Rules and Criteria.

Tin: It is indeed a great honor to introduce to you the members of the board of
judges in Filipino Declamation.
1. Our first judge is a ________________________.
Let’s put our hands together as we welcome _______________
2. Our second judge is a _____________________. Let’s all welcome
________________.
3. Our third judge is ____________________. Ladies and gentlemen let’s
give way to ______________________.

Tess: Ladies and gentlemen the contest proper for Filipino Declamation now
begins.

Tess: At this juncture may we request Sb member Suzette Marie Bano, Ms
Herminia Tualdon, P – I Cordova ES and Mr. Carlito Tayongtong HT3-
Barosong ES, to award the Certificates to the contestants and coaches and
the members of the board of judges .
