JOB RESPONSILIBLITIESES:-
1. Operating Screw Chiller unit Condensing unit. System pumps down, Expansion valve
temperature Control of Gauges (HP Gauge & LP Gauge), Oil Safety switch and Doll Pressure
Switch Settlement Corrosion and other defects in daily basic.
2. Repair and Change of all Instruments, Oil Charging, Gas Charging and Compressor
Overhauling, Condenser deskilling.
3. My jobs responsibility to check cooling tower & chiller tank water level check air handling
blower motors belt air filter check, any breakdown maintenance works of pressure, level, flow
and temperature measuring instruments.
4. Mounting and impulse connection of the pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switch.
5. To Check start and stop the following equipment of pumping station check oil level, water
level, open cooling check, check current.
 6. To coordinate all the AC activities (Including startup, shutdown, seal cover plate change, oil
charging and overhauling compressor).
7. Able to maintenance work of air condition, Able to plant.
8. Check solenoid valve and change defective solenoid valve.
9. Check expansion valve and change defective expansion.
10. Responsibility includes operation, installation, maintenance, trouble shooting of mechanical and
electrical slide of the central plant air conditioning in reciprocating and rotary and all types of
compressor. Also having experience of maintenance of DX Units, FCUS, Units & Split Units I
different kind & organizations. All types of instrumentation and safety equipment’s and all
types of valves and cooling tower fan and condenser and disclaiming system.
11. Hands on experience in HVAC system such as Central system, Split units, Package units,
Chilled water units, mini Split & Window units.
12. Knowledge to determine on the standards tools, materials, equipment and practices of HVAC
system maintenance.
13. Utilize independent judgment in the performance duties.
14. Work in variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
15. Knowledge of relevant standards. Codes, procedure and practices.
16. Through knowledge on safety standards and norms as applicable for the work.
17. Knowledge of inspect HVAC system and equipment for failure to ensure the deficiencies are
promptly reported and auctioned.
18. Experience to estimate personnel, material and equipment needs maintain record of materials
used and hours worked, submit report on work performed.

Academic Qualification:-

⇨ Passed Matriculation Examination from B.S.E.B. PATNA in the year 1986 with 2nd Division.

Technical Qualification:-

⇨ Passed three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from THE OXFORD POLYTECHNIC,
BANGLORE (Govt. of KARNATAKA) during the session from 1986-1989.
