This document provides instructions for making payments to the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) via various methods: 1. Payment Process
Payment Via Bank Deposit
Pay over the counter at any branch of China Bank or BDO.
If you deposit the fees using China Bank, please write the following bank details of PCCR:

Account Name : Philippine College of Criminology

Account Number : 313-001781-8

Account Type : Checking Account

If you deposit the fees using BDO, please write the following bank details of PCCR:

Account Name : Philippine College of Criminology Inc

Account Number : 004670028386

Account Type : Savings Account

Please use two (2) deposit slips for this transaction.

Before proceeding to the bank counter, please write your complete name and student number on the deposit slip below the
Account Name.

The Bank will give you the 2nd copy of the deposit slip as your copy
The Bank will give you the 2nd copy of the deposit slip as your copy.

Please scan or take a picture of this 2nd copy and upload the image to the payment upload form.

To ensure that your deposit will be credited, please make sure that the complete student name and student number is written
on the 2nd copy below the Account Name.

Payment Via Online Transfer


Transfer funds online from your device to PCCR’s Chinabank account or BDO account.

Once the transfer is complete, take a screenshot of the transfer confirmation and upload the image to the payment
upload form.

GCash can be used

Change offunds to PCCR’s
INC Grade Chinabank
Online or BDO account.
Document Request Guidance Services Payment Process

To use GCash, download the app to your device. Create your GCash account and load your GCash with the necessary funds.

You can load your GCash account with electronic cash through any of the following establishments:
7-Eleven
Globe Stores
Bayad Center
Expresspay
SM Business Center
Robinsons Center
Cebuana Lhuillier
Puregold
RD Pawnshop
Tambunting Pawnshop
Villarica Pawnshop
Palawan Pawnshop
Touchpay machines

Once your GCash account is loaded with the necessary funds:


1. Select the option Bank Transfer
2. Select the bank you would like to transfer funds to (Chinabank or BDO)
3. If you encounter an error, just use "PCCR" as the Account Name instead of Philippine College of Criminology
4. Provide PCCR’s bank details
5. Enter your PCCR Gmail address in the “Send Receipt To” field
6. Click Send Money to confirm the transaction

You will receive a confirmation from GCash after the transfer is complete.

Take a screenshot of the transfer confirmation and upload the image to the payment upload form.

NOTE: Please email finance.support@pccr.edu.ph once you have successfully uploaded your payment
to confirm.
