• Due to high volatility, we can not use Fibonacci retracement ratio
0.236 for trade entry rather we can use 0.382 ratio . Incase of Gann
the 45 degree resistance and support will be the trend decider .

5. How to choose best crypto currency for
investment?
1.Crytocurrency circulating supply between 10 million - 1 billion coins.
2.The market cap of at least $20 million.
3.Must be listed on the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, BitmexOKEx, Huobi Global,
MXC, etc)
4.Remove penny cryptocurrency that has mined less 25% of their maximum supply.
5.Percentage gain in the last 7 days must be higher than 50%(you can view these metrics on
Comarkets).
6.High liquidity - minimum $1 million 24 hour volume traded.
7.A strong presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook , Reddit and Cryptocurrency forums)
8.Experienced blockchain developers team.
9.Discount penny coins that trade near their all-time high.
10.The final step is to use technical analysis to find range bound-penny cryptocurrencies
that trade at a psychological support level.
6. Why not to trade crypto currency like a
stock or future?
• Stock are regulated and has financial earning data to judge the pricing fundamental .
• Where in crypto are either token-based startups or currency having no financial data to judge
them. The valuation of tokens purely based on the projects they are working on , How actively
they are sharing information on social channels , how transparent they are in reveling their
financial .
• Crypto price moves does not have a CRICUIT FILTER , insider trading rules does not apply on them.
• Hence price of token or Coin may become 0 .
• Crypto is a trading instrument or Investment instrument ? To me it is a investment instrument if
you trust on the startup model.
7. Upcoming block chain technology for
financial market and other.
• DeFi
• NFT- Non-fungible token: some thing which is unique and can not be replaced by
anything. NFT is any thing digital ( painting, music etc.)
• SMART CONTRACT : Smart contracts permit trusted transactions and agreements to be carried
out among disparate, anonymous parties without the need for a central authority, legal system,
or external enforcement mechanism.
• What is DAO - Decentralized Autonomous Organizations : most complex form of a smart
contract, where the bylaws of the decentralized organization are embedded into code,
bitcoin, ethereum.

• Crypto tokens and side chain currency considered for the long term
investment .
• Token having high intrinsic values must be taken for long term
investment.
• High value currency must be taken for short term investment 2 to 3
month or for trading .

• Do the KYC by providing the address and ID proof .
• Link the bank account
• Fund the account
• Start the trade or investment .
