Core Belief Clusters

This document outlines core belief clusters that can develop during developmental plateaus and presents both negative and more adaptive beliefs within each cluster. The clusters include survival, responsibility, vulnerability, judgment, and PTSD beliefs. For each negative belief, an alternative more adaptive belief is provided, moving from feelings of abandonment, worthlessness, and vulnerability toward beliefs of self-worth, ability to survive, and capacity for growth.
