QUESTION TAGS

Introduction
They're short questions that are tagged on the the end of a statement separated with a comma.

Turn statements into a questions


Common in spoken English


Confirm information believed to be true


We use then when we expect the listener to agree with us

EXAMPLE

We have a lot of responsabilities, don´t we?

Statement without an auxiliary verb...
Use "do", "does" or did depending on the bubject and tense

EX.
The dogs eat quickly, don't they?
He never runs out of energy, does he?
The bottle smashed on the floor, didn't it?

Past simple: use did
