covers an area of 1,000 ha.
1. Hydromettallurgical Processing Plant (HPP) and its associated facilities including
Reverse Osmosis Plant with annual production of 45,000 MT of nickel in mixed
sulfide (MS) and or nickel hydroxide (NH) and 4500 MT cobalt through high pressure
PROJECT DESCRIPTION leaching using laterite as raw materilas to be in located at Barragay Taganito
Claver, Surigao Del Norte
2. 66 - MW coal fired Power Plant Steam Turbine Generator run by steam produced
from coal-burning boiler and 10-MW diesel engine generator.
3. Tailings Storage Facility with impounding capacity of 141 million cu.m to serve the
Process and Tailing Effluent Discharged Facilities.
4. Wharf Berths and associated facilities including material storage facilities, vehicle
shelter and administration office
5. Ash Disposal Pit
6. Townsite that will include houses, buildings and other amenities.
7. Limestone, quarry, together with a hauling road to Hydromettallurgical Processing
Plant (HPP), with an annual output of 2.0 million MT of limestone materials within the
64-ha area
