group's success. Because their skills are needed and important to the organization, they can have
a sense of pride and personal fulfillment as a result, which could motivate them.

Third, small work groups with high levels of autonomy Employees must have confidence in their
own skills. When people are autonomous, they feel in charge of what occurs at work. Workers
take greater satisfaction in their work when they have a voice, especially inside the work group,
and they feel alienated when they don't. Employees have a right to autonomy on matters that will
influence their employment. It is simpler for a manager if they are involved in the plan since they
can set their own goals and evaluate their own performance.

At all levels of employment, however, obtaining autonomy can be challenging. Only high-
paying, high-status jobs offer a high degree of autonomy. Workers typically have less autonomy
in positions that pay less or have less reputation. The workers are more closely supervised and
have fewer autonomy choices the lower their occupational status.

Since we are all human beings, it's important to know this aspect to provide a comfortable and
safe environment in our work place. In a small group or community of work,we can get better. It
benefits in every aspect, that's included. For workers, they feel secure,free, and can still socialize.
And for a company, they get a better quality of outcome and human resources,which means that
they save a lot of money that can be used for training.
