GUIDELINES OF CAREER GUIDANCE PORTFOLIO
This is in reference to Division Memorandum No. 689. Series of 2021 in
the creation and submission of Career Portfolio/E-Portfolio among Grade 10 for School Year 2020-2021. Republic Act No. 11206, states that the establishment of a Career Guidance and Counseling Program for all Secondary Schools and based on DEPED Memorandum no. DM-OUCI-2021-oo15. S, 2021 which was convened during the national orientation on Career Portfolio and other forms of Assessment dated March 17, 2021. This schools division instructs all secondary schools for the institutionalization of CREATION AND SUBMISSION OF CAREER PORTFOLIO / E-PORTFOLIO among Grade 10. This aims to guide students in choosing career tracks that they intend to pursue through informed career choices towards becoming productive and contributing individuals of the country. In line with this, you are required to submit the portfolio as your Integrative Performance Task in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao for the Third Quarter. BASIC PARTS OF THE CAREER PORTFOLIO / E-PORTFOLIO I. Cover Page II. Table of Contents III. Student’s Profile IV. Portfolio Entries - This contain selected works or outputs with descriptions and comments/reflections. Note: Not necessarily contain all of these: Academic records Performance Task Presentations PPT/Dance/Songs Performance (All Subjects) Student’s Resume / Biodata Certificates and Awards Exposure to different activities in schools (previous school years) Collection of media resources, (e.g. photographs, videos, sites, online encyclopedia) V. Identification of Career Path / Exposures and Inclination (Based on the Portfolio Entries where he/she excelled) Note: Either English or Filipino VI. CRITERIA IN GRADING PORTFOLIO
The content of the portfolio shows student’s consistent effort and significant progress towards achieving desirable learning outcomes. 1. QUALITY (40%) The content must be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely). 2. DESIGN (20%) Creativity and Material Selection 3. OUTPUT PRESENTATION / SHOWCASING OF PORTFOLIO (15%) 4. LEVEL OF REFLECTION (20%) 5. ORIGINALITY (5%) TOTAL: 100% Note: We discourage to purchase any materials such as clear book, spandex folder, expensive design, etc. Instead, you can use recycled materials found in your respective home. **You can improve you career guidance portfolio based on your creativity.
