4 Technical information of RHINO hydraulic piping for crusher and pulverizer


HYDRAULIC DIAGRAM
Rhino recommends that the installation of piping be equip as follow. In addition, Rhino prepares a piping kit
and supply with it for your convenience.

CRUSHER PIPING KIT
A piping kit of Rhino for crusher and pulverizer consists of two main valve, pilot valve, foot switch kit and
shuttle valve. Two main valves have two relief valves respectably, so you have to set the pressure of them.
ou don’t need to install an additional make-up line preventing from cavitation occurred in swing piping.
Because make-up line is incorporated inside swing motor.

4.4.1 Main valve for jaw operation (H006-0054D001)


(1) MAIN BLOCK (PARTS NO. : H006-0054D002)
(2) PORT BLOCK (PARTS NO. : H006-0054D003)
(3) RELIEF VALVE (Setting Pressure: 200 lpm, 310bar)
Although m aximum operating pressure of Rhino crusher is 320 bar, Rhino recommend
that relief valve be set by 310 bar in order to protect crusher and excavator.
(4) RELIEF VALVE (Setting Pressure: 200 lpm, 310bar)

that relief valve be set by 310 bar in order to protect crusher and excavator.
(6) DIRECTION CONTROL VALVE
The function of this valve is to change the direction of oil flow according to the signal of foo t
switch valve.

4.4.2 Main valve for rotation (H006-0055D001)
(1) MAIN BLOCK (PARTS NO. : H006-0055D002)
(2) MAIN BLOCK (PARTS NO. : H006-0055D003)
(3) RELIEF VALVE (Setting Pressure: 23 lpm, 100 bar)
Rhino recommend that relief valve be set by 100 bar in order to protect swing motor.
(4) CHECK VALVE
The purpose of installing check valve is to prevent a backward flow and cavitation.
Rhino crusher has the other make up valve incorporated in swing motor in order to prevent
cavitation occurred inside swing motor.
(5) FLOW CONTROL VALVE (Setting Pressure: 23 lpm, 100 bar)
Swing motor of Rhino crusher has a specification of 23 lpm oil flow, so you have to set the
oil flow by 23lpm, adjusting oriffice lever.

4.4.3 Pilot valve (H006-0056D001)
(1) MAIN BLOCK (PARTS NO. : H006-0056D002)
(2) DIRECTION CONTROL VALVE
The function of this valve is to change the direction of oil flow according to the signal of foot
switch valve.
