User with limited access to Performance Management Roles or to view, print, and download standard and static reports (embedded read-only analytics) as well as retrieving documents from knowledge management systems. Limited performance management roles are defined through viewing of information (such as reports, ad hoc queries, and dashboards) presented by Packages for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), by Packages for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or by the Business Information and Analysis Package from the SAP BusinessObjects portfolio provided that those Packages are licensed. SAP Application Business Information User who is authorized to access the licensed software solely for the purpose of executing the following transactions: 1. Desktop procurement self-services 2. Travel planning and expense reporting 3. Talent management self-services including employee appraisals, employee development plans, employee training registration, employee opportunity inquiry and response 4. Read-only analytics User who accesses HR-related self-services, solely for the user's own purposes and not for or on behalf of others, such as 1. Employee records maintenance 2. Employee time and attendance entry 3. Employee travel planning and expense reporting 4. Employee directory, employee training registration, employee opportunity inquiry and response User who performs on a NetWeaver Full Use System. User who deploy the SAP NetWeaver functions BI or Portal only. User who usually has no SAP access and solely perform the SAP Learning Solution. User who usually has no SAP access and solely perform the SAP eRecruiting engine. User who solely performs the stated sector packages for banking (transactional & analytical). User with developer key (SSCR key), who exclusively performs repairs and emergency functions SAP Application Employee

If not classifying with LAW, classify the users in the main client/system once in the highest group as a chargeable user.
