Duties / Responsibilities :
Maintenance
1. Prepare the Preventive Maintenance Plan and take necessary steps to execute the plan.
2. Execute the schedule maintenance.
3. Maintain safety stock of spare parts and other maintenance materials.
4. Timely prepare and send requisition of spare parts through proper channel.
5. Ensure preparation and proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
6. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
7. Take steps to perform major maintenance timely.
8. Take steps to reduce breakdown time of the machines.
9. Dyeing, Finishing & Knitting machine installation/Erection and maintenance.
10. Know all electrical equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards.
11. Know regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different
work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairing.
12. Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through
day to day schedule maintenance activities.
13. Sound knowledge regarding frequency inverter, machine control panel repair &
installation.
14. Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics
wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
