Empanelment Criteria

 Candidates with <45% in General, <45% in EWS, <45% in OBC, <40% in SC &<39% in
ST Category have been screened out in Level I (Stage 1 – Preliminary Test).

 Candidates with <59% in General, <58% in EWS, <59% in OBC, <55% in SC &<42% in
ST Category have been screened out in Level 2 (Stage 2 – Advanced Test) and based
upon the merit list prepared after Stage 2, candidates are shortlisted for Stage 3 – Skills
Test.

 Candidates who have cleared the Level-3 Skills Test have been empanelled in the order of
merit based on the marks obtained in Level-2 Advanced Test.

 In the event of a tie in the marks obtained in Level-2 Advanced Test, the following criteria
to be adopted in the sequence for deciding position in merit list;

o Candidate with lower negative marks in Stage 2 to be placed higher on merit list.
o Candidate with higher marks in Stage 1 to be placed higher on merit list.
o Candidate with lower negative marks in Stage 1 to be placed higher on the merit list.
o Candidate with higher positive marks in mathematics in Stage 1 is placed higher.
o Candidate with higher positive marks in science in Stage I is placed higher.

 Wait list will be operated only when the main listed candidate does not join within the
stipulated time or if they joins the post but resigns or dies within a period of one year from
the date of joining and if a fresh panel is not available by that time. Wait list will however,
not be operated beyond one year or after notifying any such recruitment, whichever is
earlier.
