Risk Assesment

This risk assessment identifies potential hazards during the installation of a water supply system at a hotel. Four key tasks are assessed: 1) installing PPR pipe and fittings, 2) using hand and power tools for drilling, 3) welding PPR pipe, and 4) manual handling activities. For each task, potential harms are identified along with their probability and severity to determine an overall risk rating. Control measures are then outlined to reduce the residual risk to an acceptable level, such as using proper PPE, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring only trained personnel are involved in hazardous tasks.
