Initially, the candidates will be allocated streams based on the “Average of G10 Half Yearly,
Preboard 1 and Preboard 2 marks.

Allocation of Stream is Provisional in nature. The final allocation of Stream is subject to fulfilment
of the percentage criteria (Aggregate/Subject) in the CBSE Board Examination.

New Academic Session for Grade 11 (2023-24) will commence in April 2023.

You are requested to fill the attached form indicating your choice of stream and subjects after a
serious deliberation with your ward. The filled form needs to be deposited in school to the
class teacher on 12th January 2023.

1. I am fully aware that the admission given in Grade XI is provisional and is

subject to meeting the criteria in terms of Percentage secured in Grade X
CBSE Board Result. In case my ward is not able to meet the eligibility
criteria for stream allocation /admission in any respect, he/she will be
either transferred to the stream to which he/she is eligible or else
provisional admission will be cancelled. I shall fully abide by the decision
of the school in this regard.
