municipality house tax returns and we have made the timely payment of related taxes. Since
my husband / father expired, we could not able to locate the completion certificate. Hence
we would like to request you to kindly issue us the duplicate completion certificate as we
need this for some record purpose.

We are also hoping you are willing to provide a positive referral.

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that we cannot locate the Building
Completion Certificate of our premises Plot No: BB -31, Salt Lake City, Sector – I, Kolkata –
700064, which was issued to us by Bidhannagar Municipality Corporation against our Plot
Holding No BB 31.

I have tried my best to locate it but have failed. It seems the same has been mislaid
somewhere irretrievably

In the circumstances, I hereby kindly request you to take necessary steps regarding the said
matter and entry the said matter as a general Diary with your Police Station and oblige me
thereby.
