The e-NITItender document has provision for price variation due to Diesel & Other
Components (Wages, consumables, spares, tyres), the base price & index is given below:

i. The Base rate of diesel taken as on end date of submission of bid i.e. 24.05.2022 is Rs.
91.40/litre of nearest retail outlet.
ii. Wo = Rate of Wages including VDA per day of unskilled worker as per HPC
recommendations published by GIL, related to last date of bid submission i.e. 24.05.2022.
iii. Mo: All India Whole Sale Price Index for all commodities (Wpl) for the month of May'2022

The time Of completion for the work shall be 1826 days which shall be counted from the expiry
of 10(Ten) days from the issue of letter of acceptance/ work order or handing over site of work
whichever is later.

However, the date of commencement may be decided with mutual consent with the
Contractor on any date after issuance of Letter of AcceptanceAVork Order or handing over the
site of work prior to the date as prescribed above. The payment for the work done would be
made only after execution of the agreement.

You are further advised to furnish Performance Security deposit in the form as detailed in
relevant clause of Instruction to Bidders for an amount of Rs.10,84,10,700.00 (Ten crores
Eighty four lakhs ten thousand seven hundred only) within 21 days of issue of this letter of
acceptance and sign the contract failing which actions as stated in clause No. 14.5 / 26 of
Instruction to Bidders will be taken.

You are advised to contact Area General Manager, Khadia for detailed work order and
execution of agreement.
