Course Registration Process : Even Sem & Annual Examination June-2023

The login details of the https://iimt.icloudems.com/corecampus/index.php portal have already been


shared by the network department. The student should change the password and not
share with others. The portal will help students know about various things like Timetable,
Attendance, class content etc:
Note:
 Before completing the registration (Online), fee dues (all, as applicable) are to be cleared.
 In case of problem related to Login id & Password contact your mentor or HOD. Login id &
Password related problems will be resolved by ERP Cell (Network department).
 In case of facing the problem in form filling contact your mentor or HOD. Such problems
will be resolved by COE office.

Steps to fill the examination form (Regular) are as follow:


All Semesters/Annual programs students should register from
1. Go to https://iimt.icloudems.com/corecampus/index.php
Enter Login id & Password

2. Go to “College Info” and Click on REGISTRATION.

Click on Course Registration


3. The Course list will be displayed. Select the courses concerned and then click on apply (for all
applicable courses – core / compulsory / elective etc).

Click on “FINALIZE REGISTRATION” (available at right top) and then download Course
Registration Slip (clicking on “Eye” like button for concerned semester). This must have same
date and courses - for which you did your Online Registration. Keep its record / copy with you. At
this stage, the status of registration will be “Registered and Pending”.

4. Students are required to submit duly signed hard-copy of Acknowledgement / Registration Slip to
respective class-coordinator. ERP coordinator of respective department will approve the courses.
With this, the status of registration will be updated and will be “Registered and Approved’. After
this, student’s name will appear for marking of attendance.
