GSM and WCDMA Optimization sumbagut area. Routine monitoring of Daily performance report for monitoring and optimizing the KPIs. Analysis of call drop on day to day basis and resolving the problems of cells having high drops by changing frequencies, replacing of faulty equipments, getting hardware checked and corrected etc. Network optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts, antenna orientation changes and tuning the cell RF parameters. Extensive routine drive test to look for patches with bad quality and poor coverage and subsequent proposal of new sites or optimization of serving sites Drive test for activation of new sites. Analysis of TEMS log files using MCOM/MapInfo professional Suggest changes like giving Mechanical Tilt, Re-orientation of the Antennas wherever required for solving the coverage problem, for minimizing the Interference in the Network etc. Monitor & analyze the GSM & WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis (Accessability, Retainability,Integrity,Trafficability Benchmark Indoor/Outdoor drive test for 2G/3G networks. RF site survey, Feasibility survey (New Coverage, Capacity, Continuity and Quality) and Site investigation survey (RF Survey, TRM Survey, Pre-Sitac Survey,Pre-CME Survey) for New site and Collocated. Able and familiar using Telecommunication software application, such as: MapInfo, Map Source, Global Mapper, PathLoss 4.0, Radio Mobile, Mcom 2G/3G, Cytrix, LMT, M2000, OMC, NPO, Hedex, Geotrack, GoogleEarth, Actix, TEMS Investigation/Analyzer, OPTIs Analyzer and IDA (Integrated Data Analysis) for CDMA.
