Dear Ma’am,

I, Julianne Mae Gonzales, am writing this letter in response to the Job Opening advertisement that
was posted on your school's Facebook account on 15th June 2023. The advertisement welcomed
applicants for the position of a mathematics teacher at your school. Given my qualifications, I believe
that I am qualified to teach the subject.

I graduated Cum Laude last June 2023 from Cebu Normal University with a bachelor's degree in
psychology.

Though I haven’t had teaching experience yet, I believe that I am ready to take the responsibilities of a
teacher as I have already equipped myself with skills and learnings in handling students through a
series of lectures I attended in college and in my internship experience in my school’s guidance office.
Also, I have experienced handling different kinds of people in my Psychology internship and Human
Resource staff internship experience as stated in my resume which I believe is an advantage for
maintaining a healthy environment for students. During high school, I joined MTOP training and
competitions. I prefer math subjects over the other ones because I love to analyze and familiarize
symbols and numbers rather than long series of words.

I chose to submit my application to your institution because as I did a little research about the schools
in Cabanglasan, your school appears to have the best aspects, especially in providing proper
discipline to your students. Your institution provides an excellent environment and opportunity for your
teachers to hone their skills and to improve themselves. I believe choosing what is best can bring out
the best in people like me who want to improve continuously.

I am hoping that you will allow me to have my first teaching experience in your reputed school.
