4D Culture Tool™:

Assess a Team Member


This tool allows you to assess a team member and yourself with the 4D Culture
Tool™. To use, describe the cultural dimensions to a team member you want to
assess. Ask them to plot themselves where they fall in each graph, then plot
yourself on the same graph.
