ll. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The goal of this project on the automobile rental system is to help the rental car firm make it
possible to rent cars online. It enables users to look up available cars, view profiles, and reserve
automobiles for a specified time. Its user-friendly design makes it easy for users to search for and
rent cars for the required duration. Additionally, they may pay online. The rental cars must be
divided into categories like budget, luxury, etc. The user will be able to make reservations based on
the sort of vehicle the customer requires. Customers can now rent a car at any time thanks to the
usage of internet technologies. The reservations are simple using our car rental system. Time and
work are saved. The program will prompt the user for details like the date and time of the trip, the
type of car, etc. It will also require a unique identifying number. The program will assist the user in
booking a car for the trip using these details.

The system developer will create a prototype or semi-system that will be tested by users in the
general public. After review and system testing, the end user will receive the fully operational Online
Car Rental System. It serves as a system for storing, processing, and handling client information as
well as information about the company's most important assets, vehicles. The web administrator is
the only person with full control and authority to manage privileges and occasionally update the
proposed system. Additionally, they were needed to make sure that each sort of user had access
according to their degree of authorization. Unregistered members or users are not permitted to read,
modify, or remove any information about the registered members, such as their history of car
reservations.They are permitted to examine the most recent company promotions as well as trip
guides, airline or flight information, banking information, and hotel information. The inventory at
the conclusion of each period serves as the foundation for the balance sheet's financial reporting.

riding bicycles, public transportation, taxis, car-sharing services, or
hitchhiking. strict rules the majority of automobile rental businesses
have very tight terms and conditions, and you must return the car to
them undamaged and in a good shape. If someone violates the traffic
laws or causes damage, they will be subject to penalties and fines.

Assumptions Customer data bases contain all of a customer's personal information,


including Name, Age, DriverLicense Number, Corporation, Log-in ID,
Log-in Password, and billing details. All general information about the
automobiles that are available and that are up for auction, such as
brand, passenger capacity, kilometres, and available dates, is contained
in the car data base.
Risk and Dependencies Limitations. Driving a vehicle is not permitted for everyone. You must
be of legal driving age (which varies by country), possess a valid
driver's license, and have an international driving permission. By the
way, Armenia's legal driving age is 18 years old.
