Prerequisites
Hardware

Minimum System Requirements Recommended System Requirements

Processor: Dual-Core 1.7GHz Processor: Octa-Core 2.6GHz

RAM: 4GB RAM: 16GB or higher;

Hard Disk space: At least 10 GB Hard Disk Space: At least 60GB;

It is important to note that:

1. Both memory and process consumption may vary according to the number
of printers being monitored and the print volume being generated.

2. The network performance affects the resources consumption of the Host

services.

3. For environments monitored via SNMP V3, contact NDD to assess the
necessary hardware requirements.

4. We highly recommend the use of server processors, being that they have
substantial differences when comparing to desktop processors. Therefore,
the following examples used server processors, providing the
performance needed in the described environments.
