Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The individual occupying the position of Site Engineer will be responsible for working closely with
the Architect, Engineers, and other team members to plan the construction project. He will also
be responsible for overseeing the construction progress.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Understanding the construction plan of the project.
• Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
• Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
• Supervision own team at the construction site.
• Evaluate periodically the team members performance.
• Supervising the subcontractors at the construction site.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor’s IPCs
• Managing daily activities on the site.
• Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
• Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
• Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Sub-Contractors, Quantity Surveyor
and other team members.
• Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the
projects.
• Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
• Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
• Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.
• Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related degree.


• Work experience in the Construction company as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or a
similar role.
• Ability to review CAD drawings.
• UAE Driving License will be an advantage

• This is a full-time position having the working hours from 08:00am to 05:00pm from
Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 08:00am to 1:00pm, or as per the Project work
requirements.
