PRIVACY POLICY
FORM ID1A - IDENTITY REGISTRATION FORM
By submitting the Form ID1A - Identity Registration Form and the supporting documents (the “Application”) to the Identity Malta
Agency (“IMA”), you provide IMA with personal data (the “Personal Data”) and thus qualify as data subject.
The aim of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to comply with our transparency and fairness obligations under GDPR and to inform
you about who will be processing your Personal Data, for what purpose(s) and legal basis, for how long it will be kept, with whom
it will be shared and on your rights as a data subject under GDPR.
You may submit personal data of individuals other than yourself in this Application. IMA has assessed that, in said cases, informing

to take appropriate measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of these individuals.
