Project Overview:
The project is particularly to carry out the design, execution, completion and commissioning
of the design and build of the “Potable Water and Firefighting Pumping Station” (the

that provides additional facilities to the people.

Responsibilities:
 Detailed Quantity Take-off, Measurement, Analysis and Evaluation of the works in
accordance with the requirement using Design drawing.
 Ensuring the quantities for advance PO’s & Sub PO’s.
 Prepare the advance Payment certificate.
 Review & report on cost submissions prepared by sub-contractor for
completeness of all necessary information & supporting documentation to
substantiate the cost. Identify & request any/all missing documents & review that

and supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in diversifying and improving the education
sector. The Master Plan encompasses every minor to major aspects of the health & safety

Duration: I started in June 2020 and Later in July 2022 transferred to
above mentioned project TBC 4 schools in Jeddah with
same responsibilities.

library and parking facilities in the basements. The estimated cost for the project will be
built on 900 thousand square meters and amounts to be Rupees 180 Million ($ 2.57 Million).
Jay Prakash Contracting Company Ltd. was worked on two towers (Administration Tower &
Residential Tower) and Excavation Works all over the project.
