Annual Accomplishment Report

This annual report summarizes the accomplishments of Grade VI-3 from January to March 2017 at San Jose De Buan Central Elementary School in the Philippines. Enrollment targets were met with 35 students (21 male, 14 female). Academic performance was strong with 95% of students promoted and mean scores increasing on periodic tests in Filipino and Hekasi subject areas. Remedial instruction was provided to struggling students. Non-academic activities like monthly celebrations were also conducted to support student development. Future goals include further increasing test scores and participation in school activities.

The teacher is someone who exerts great influence in the lives of every learner. So it is important to a teacher to review her performance annually to assess and evaluates
her accomplishment as well as those of her learners.
