To open a board by barcode, do the fellowing: + Go to menu bar, File > Loading mode, click on Barcode. This is the default loading mode. * Click on Work page, enter or scan the serial number. For multiple board panel, choose to open by panel/board, press Enter/click open board button. 2. To open a board by sequence, do the following + Goto menu bar, File > Loading mode, click on Sequence. + Click on Work page, enter board type or choose from the drop down list, select loading order by first in first outfirst in last out, click on Play button. + Board will be loaded automatically, click on Stop button when no more board to load. 3. To open a board manually, do the following: + Click on the Open page, choose to load active/archive board, select board type at the left pane and double click it. iz Select the panel/board (board can be accessed by expand the panel item) at the right pane and double click it. Innovating Vision -Processing Defects Repairing a Board 1. Open a board, the Defect table lists the defects found. 2. Locate the first defect which will be highlighted in the panel view. 8. Use the defect image view and visual inspection of the board to determine whether the joint or component is defective or acceptable. 4. Take the appropriate action as described below. Review and Determine Then Do This If it is defective and can be repair a. Repair or replace the component. b, Click Repair. c.
