Evecutive Summary

Our Internet cafe will provide a variety of high-quality,


delicious, and reasonably priced foods and beverages in addition to
offering internet service that is really cost-effective and worthwhile
and is tailored to the needs of people, not just young people or
students but also those who are already employed. Because of the
current return to normal operation following the COVID-19 pandemic, we
were able to determine from our analysis and research how much the
people of Baco need this service. Even though there are others in Baco
who already provide various foods, drinks, and internet services, they
haven't yet met customer demand because they don't offer both
services. As a result, there is a significant difference between our
business and what they give to the consumers. The primary goal of our
business strategy is to provide high-quality goods and services that
are well-liked in the budgets of consumers, where they can choose what
they want to drink and eat from the menu list we will provide while
they complete their work that requires the use of the internet. In
this industry, there must be an affordable price that the citizens can
afford. Once we can build a building to serve as a workplace, our
business will be operational. We also want to give our clients a
relaxing environment where they can unwind and feel at ease. Through
the service we can offer, we hope to assist people in reducing their
emotional distress in addition to making money. To further advertise
our company, we will also use various social media platforms like
Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and Twitter. Customers will have two
options: they can either visit our store in person or just have their
orders delivered. They can also reserve a table through the link we
will provide in the near future. When compared to other shops, our
Internet cafe shop has many advantages and benefits to the consumers
that can be used to achieve our goals and objectives.

Our initial capitalization for the business is Php 500,000

Our internet cafe will provide a wide variety of affordable,


healthy food and beverages that won't compromise customers' health.
Because there are many students and workers in the town of Baco who do
not have much signal, our internet cafe will

provide a better quality and secured internet browsing services. Our


internet services aim to help our customers speed up their work. In
this situation, we also want to help the unemployed find employment.
Our business will exists to serve everyone, not just ourselves and our
families but also those who are struggling and want to live easier
lives.

Product’s Unique Features

Due to the fact that it is exclusive to our business, our


Internet cafe has many special features. First, once you purchase our
product and use our internet service, which has an allotted particular
fee, we will provide laptop that are free to use. Second, we have a
section of books in our internet cafe where customers can read and
unwind. Third, there is a place where you can design and brew your own
coffee. Last but not least, there will be a space where you can loosen
up completely and enjoy your order while browsing the web. The

Production Process and Controls that will be used to Manufacture the


Product

Below is the Process of Making Coffee using Coffee Maker

1. Add Water Fill the water reservoir with cold water.

a. Use the markings on the drip coffee maker or its carafe to


measure water.
b. Use half as much water as usual and weigh out a half batch of
ice directly in the coffee pot. The coffee will drip onto the ice
for flash-chilled iced coffee.

2. Prep Filter

a. Fold the crimped edges in opposite directions before placing


it in the filter basket.

3. Brew Coffee

a. Make sure to note the coffee grinder setting, so that it can


either repeat or make an adjustment next time.
b. Add the grounds to the coffee filter and place the basket back
inside the machine.
c. Turn on the machine and wait for the brew cycle to complete.
D. Coffee brewing should take between three and five minutes on
most machines, from the time the water starts dripping onto the
coffee to when it drips all the way through the coffee ground.

4. Serve

Below is another way of making coffee using Espresso Machine

1. Turn On And Preheat The Espresso Maker


a. Get the machine warming up in advance for 25 minutes.

2. Measure And Grind The Beans

a. Set the grinder to a fine grind size.


b. Place the portafilter on the scale and tare the scale out,
then fill the portafilter with around 20 grams of ground coffee.

3. Tamp The Grounds

a. Lightly tap the side of the portafilter with hand, or level


the espresso grounds off with the side of the finger Once it’s
done, it’s time to get tamping.

4. Pull The First Shot

a. While pulling the shot, it takes to hit 2 ounces (the typical


size of a double shot). Ideally, it will end up between 20 and 30
seconds per pull.

5. Steam The Milk

a. Using the machines steam wand – Start out with cold milk
poured into the stainless steel milk pitcher. Turn on thesteamer
wand briefly to eliminate any condensation that may have
accumulated in the wand.
b. Next, put the steamer wand tip below the surface of the milk.
Turn on the steamer and froth the milk until it reaches your
desired consistency. Be sure to keep the steamer wand just below
the surface during this process. Once it reached the frothiness,
plunge the tip to the bottom of the milk vessel and continue
steaming until it reach the desired temperature. Wipe the wand
down and give it a brief purge to keep things sanitary.

Below is the Donut Making Process which is one of the possible food
that will be included in our menu using Oven

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease two standard doughnut


pans. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat together the butter,
vegetable oil, and sugars until smooth. Add the eggs, beating to
combine. Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and
vanilla.

2. Stir the flour into the butter mixture alternately with the milk,
beginning and ending with the flour and making sure everything is
thoroughly combined.

3. The batter will be fairly thick; when you draw your spatula through
the batter, it will leave a furrow. Spoon the batter into the lightly
greased doughnut pans, filling the wells to about 1/4" shy of the rim.
Bake the doughnuts for 10 minutes. 4. Remove them from the oven, and
wait 5 to 7 minutes before turning them out of the pans onto a rack.
For cinnamon doughnuts, shake warm doughnuts in a plastic bag with
about 1/4 (50g) to 1/3 cup (68g) cinnamon sugar.

4. For sugar-coated doughnuts, shake doughnuts in a plastic bag


with about 1/2 cup (57g) non-melting topping sugar (for best
results), or confectioners' sugar. For frosted doughnuts, see our
three easy doughnut glazes. Sprinkle the glazed doughnuts with
toasted coconut or chopped nuts, if desired.

Since using an oven, coffee maker, and espresso machine is


a contemporary technique that helps in maintaining the taste and
quality of coffee and pastry, the quality control of making
coffee and pastries will be ensured in each step in the
production process based on standards. As a result, it makes
tasks easier to complete and speeds up the delivery of goods to
customers. This equipment can cook a lot more pastries and make
coffee at once. These tools will only be useful, though, if there
are users or employees who are capable of using them. In order to
maintain the high quality product that can be provided to meet
the standard and demand of customers, the manager/owner will work
closely with the lead chef and barista. Because they will be the
most frequently served products to customers, quality control of
the pastries and coffee is of utmost importance. This simply
means that the internet, coffee, and pastries must all be of the
highest caliber. Design, flavor, and quantity are just a few
aspects of high-quality pastries and coffee. We will solicit
feedback from some of the most well-known coffee and pastry shops
to make sure that these will be met.

Distribution Logistics

Once the workplace is constructed, Cafe Minamdang will be open


for business as soon as possible. In order to show customers our
service and to advertise our company, we will also use social media to
display our menu and actual pastries and coffee that have a very
distinctive taste and appearance. Customers will have two choices:
they can either come into our store in person or they can simply have
their orders delivered. Through the link we will provide in the near
future, they can also book a table.

Regulatory and other Compliance Issue

Café Minamdang will be registered as a partnership enterprise


with the Department Trade ang Industry Provincial office. A barangay
clearance will also be secured before it applies for Mayor's permit to
operate as a brick and mortar enterprise. The BIR registration will
also be done after getting all the necessary registration documents
and permits from DTI, Barangay,and Mayor's Office. The owner/manager,
lead cook, barista, café associate and utility associate will be
registered with the social security system.

We require some marketing tactics for the launch of our small


business, one of which is publicizing it to people, particularly among
young people, by using various platforms to spread this message.

 Social Media- our shop will be active on various social media


platforms in order to keep promoting our business. This is
crucial for our business because social media platforms have a
large user base that will increase awareness and visibility among
the residents of Baco.
 Public- one of the strategies that Cafe Minamdang will employ is
to collect crucial data from the public about the individuals who
frequently require quick access to the internet, students who
cannot afford expensive equipment, and those who have trouble
connecting to the internet. To reach the target market, various
marketing tactics and promotions will be taken into
consideration. Leaflets will be handed out and distributed to
various business establishments, offices, schools, friends, and
family members.

In order to help our internet cafe gain market share, we will make
use of a number of its competitive advantages.

• Affordability of the price – During this pandemic, many people in


Baco are still adjusting as a result of the closure of some
businesses, which has resulted in some of them losing their jobs and
students not receiving their allowance. This makes it advantageous for
them to have access to affordable but high-quality pastries, coffee,
and internet services.

• Cafe serving healthy meals, snacks, and beverages- We also have


services we can offer to customers to help the business grow and
develop. like providing drinks or snacks in exchange for a fee.
Customers can have more fun and avoid getting bored while using the
internet this way.

• Private Workspace (Room)- It's common knowledge that when you enter
an internet café, each customer has their own world. We can direct
customers who want to concentrate on their tasks, such as students who
need to work hard on their research paper or assignments that
need to be turned in, to private rooms where they can be treated like
VIPs. They can also use books ang lend laptops once they availo our
promos.
