Agreement

This agreement is between Eduardo Soverano Jr. and Raymond de los Reyes on February 9, 2023 in Naga City, Philippines. Eduardo is the owner of the leased residential property, and agrees to lease it to Raymond. The terms state that initial repairs and renovations will be charged to Raymond and deducted from his monthly rent of 5,000 pesos until the full amount is paid. Eduardo will provide all labor and materials for the repairs. Both parties signed the agreement in the presence of witnesses and it was notarized.

AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement, made and entered into this 9th day of February, 2023 in Naga
City, Philippines, by and between:

          EDUARDO SOVERANO JR., of legal age, married to,   Filipino, and with
residence and postal address at Balintawak Lerma Naga City, hereinafter referred to as
the LESSOR.
-AND-

        RAYMOND DE LOS REYES, Filipino and with residence and postal address at
Igualdad Interior Naga City, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.
 

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of THE LEASED PREMISES, a


residential property situated at Zone 3 Cipres Apartment, Igualdad Interior Naga City.
 
WHEREAS, the LESSOR agrees to lease-out the property to the LESSEE and
the LESSEE is willing to lease the same;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1. Both Parties Agreed that Initial and Major Repairs and Renovations needed in
the leased premise will be charged to the LESSEE.
2. Full Amount of Repairs and Renovation will be deducted to the monthly rate
agreed of both parties. Every month, Five Thousand Pesos (5000PHP) will be
deducted to the monthly rate until full amount is satisfied.
3. LESSOR will provide complete labor and material cost used in the Repair and
Renovations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and
