15B35H, 15B35RH

1) The 15B35H and 15B35RH steels have similar chemical compositions with carbon ranging from 0.31-0.39% and manganese ranging from 0.70-1.20%. 2) These steels can be hardened through austenitizing at 1855°C followed by oil quenching, and tempered to a hardness of around 15 HRC. 3) The steels exhibit excellent forgability and a wide range of mechanical properties can be attained through quenching and tempering processes. Hardness and microstructure are affected by the various heat treating processes.
