Voice/Video Group Call

 Any authorized user can initiate a group call.


 Any group member must press the PTT key before speaking.
 When the floor is occupied, a new floor requester must wait in a queue or preempt the floor.

Voice/Video Private Call
 A private call is a one-to-one call that cannot be received by other users.
 A private call can be initiated by an authorized user or dispatch-console.

Emergency Call
 With the highest call priority, an emergency call can be initiated to a specified group or member.
 When an emergency call is initiated, the system will automatically send an alarm message to
the dispatch-console and the callee.

 Trunking call priority
 A user belongs to groups 1 and 2.
 Group 1 is an ordinary group call. Group 2 is a higher-priority call.
 When group 2 initiates a call during the call holding of group 1, the user will be disconnected
from group 1 and reconnected to group 2.

Group Member Priority (Floor Preemption/Queuing)
 Different members have different priorities in a group.
 User A has the highest priority. User B has the lowest priority.
 If user B requests for the floor when user A is speaking, user B is waiting in a queue. After user A releases the
call, user B can request for the floor.
 If user A requests for the floor when user B is speaking, the floor is released and user A preempts the floor.
