1. PAYMENT DETAILS
(a) Full payment should be paid to Party B within 3 working days upon receiving invoice, otherwise the booth will
not be reserved.
(b) Both Parties are not permitted to cancel this contract except with the written consent of YSLH and VIET NAM
GREEN ENERGY COMMERCIAL SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED. Otherwise, the guilty party shall pay to the
other party the amount, representing liquidated damages to compensate the other party, for all losses incurred
as a result of the cancellation, as follows:
(i) 80% of the contract price for cancellation made more than 6 months prior to the start date of the event; or
(ii) 100% of the contract price for cancellation made 6 months or less prior to the start date of the event.

2. Party A may transport the exhibitor on its own or entrust Party B to recommend transportation companies to
transport the exhibits. The terms of the cooperation agreement for specific transportation shall be separately
negotiated between Party B and the transportation company. YSLH does not bear any risks in transportation.
3. Party B shall not arbitrarily change the booth number and area confirmed by Party A in the contract; if the
organizer adjusts the booth number or area according to necessary and whole show interests, Party B shall have a
discussion with Party A and get approvals from Party A in advance.
4. After the signing of contract, if Party A proposes to withdraw from the exhibition without reasonable judgment,
Party A’s advance payment will not be returned; If it is requested to withdraw within 3 months before the exhibition,
the full payment amount of the booth shall be kept by Party B. If due to irresistible circumstances, such as natural
disasters, weather, traffic delays, wars, strikes, etc. Party B shall not bear any loss after providing relevant
supporting documents. Party B shall safeguard the safety of the booth for Party A during the exhibition.
5. The total cost of the contract includes booth fee, services fee and registration fee; If other costs (such as
electrical appliances and furniture rental fees, electricity fees, etc) arise later, the additional fee will be charged
separately according to the final balance payment notice.
6. The final itinerary will be based on the handbook by Party B before departure.
7. In the course of the performance of this agreement between Party A and Party B, if there is any dispute or
unsettled matter, the two parties shall resolve its processes should follow the relevant laws or submit to the
arbitration of Singapore international arbitration center.
8. This contract is in two copies. After being confirmed by both parties’ seals, it begins to have legal effect
(faxed scans are considered as original).
