We have successfully built our voice controlled WIFI controlled car, as per our thesis. All the
requirements for the project were met. We managed to use node MCU, car components, GSM
module, google assistant API, remote APP and make a successful project that can used in the
future to control car by voice assistance. We have tried many methods and pathways for our
project and we choses the best suitable one. We also focused more on cost effective models.
We were successful in making our project cost effective as well as applicable to real world.
The Node MCU Is the Expensive of All the Times. Out Of the Total Cost It Only Required
33% Of the Total Spend. The Further Parts Like the Tyrese of The Car and The Platform on
Which the All the Items Are Placed Are Not Taken into Consideration Due To Prior
Availability. Out of all the jump wires are having the lowest cost. motor driver is used to
power the motors. the batteries are used as the power sources and the and the battery holder is
used to holding the battery and in node MCU the code has been injected to perform the
operations Hence after configuring all the devices correctly and injecting code in esp. the
model of car is now able to perform all the actions required.
This car contains microprocessors with basic mobility features. Arduino programs contains
instructions mediating between android controller and microprocessor. An appropriate
program in the microprocessor to interact with the android controller must be created.
The program has been successfully complied through Arduino IDE to the microprocessor. We
must create an android application that will provide user an interface to interact with the
Arduino powered car.
The interface is easy to use and provide feedback from the Arduino microprocessor through
the Wi-fi after giving instruction to Arduino for various actions through interface via Wi-fi
module. The android application is to create with the help of android studio that provide us
with more capability & stability. After doing all of this we will test this project thoroughly
and find the maximum no. of error & wrong logic in the microprocessor program. After doing
this we can say that we have created as per our goal.
The summary of our project is that we came up with a car model, with Wi-Fi and voice
control and to apply it into real life also. We will Prepare research paper and submit in
reputed journals or IEEE conferences, or Scopus indexed Conferences. The novelty of our
system is that we combine the Wi-fi and Voice control models.
In all existing systems of making of car Wi-fi and Voice control models are not combined but
our project integrates both modules into making a Wi-fi car with voice control. Earlier
Bluetooth connections were used which provided very less range for signals and commands
but with the help of Wi-fi Module car can receive signals from a distant place too.
The future scope of our project is that we can make a surveillance car, by installing a camera
and can also add image as well as face recognition feature. Also, we can increase the strength
so as it can carry various goods and can be helpful for various purposes. The main advantages
of our voice central car is that it has an infinite range, as it works on Wi-Fi module.
It is Highly customizable, and we can configure it as per our needs.
It is Affordable, as the components are less expensive.
It provides a great sense of security as it is Encrypted and secure because of blynk cloud.
