ABOUT DDPS
It is said that from humble beginnings come great things and we couldn't
agree more. Dehradun Public School, popularly called DDPS, was founded
in 1983 at Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad with just 10 rooms and 20 students.
Today we have grown into 4 beautiful campuses and are over 9000
students stronger. Our beautiful, spacious, state-of-the-art, and lush
green campuses are spread out in Ghaziabad and Muzaffarnagar.
Our Motto
Our "education for all" approach flows directly from the ethos and values
of our founding members. We don't endorse the culture of mandatory
admission interviews, demand distinctions or meeting of other such
standards as an eligibility criterion to get admission in our school. We
believe every child has a right to receive equal opportunity and quality
education no matter who they are, what their IQ level is, which economic
strata they belong to, or what marks they secured in the past. Hence, we
fiercely echo our motto - "Schools shouldn't get famous for keeping
people out.”
4
At DDPS, we don’t just see the child we meet at the admission desk but
rather whom that child will become when offered the right education and
opportunities.
DDPS Aadhaar
We understand the significant impact that the first few years can make in
a child’s life. Our pre-school, DDPS Aadhaar, true to its name, lays the
foundation to create individuals whose personalities are shaped by our
five Guiding Principles:
1. Instilling a love for learning.
2. Building character.
3. Boosting confidence.
4. Encouraging empathy.
5. Maintaining integrity.
We are glad that you have chosen DDPS to help educate your child to
become a strong and sensitive citizen of the world, responsive to the art,
cultural values and ethics of our motherland.
Our Addresses:
DDPS SN: Sec-23 Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad - 201002
DDPS GP: I-Block Govindpuram, Ghaziabad - 201013
DDPS AN: B-97 Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad - 201001

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION AT DDPS
All children are welcome at DDPS, and we are proud to support them as
they are taking their very first step towards a new beautiful journey of
learning at DDPS.
• Please be mindful that there are no eligibility criteria for admission to
any class at DDPS as a matter of school policy. We believe in treating
all children with compassion and providing them with the best
opportunities to grow up as kind, empathetic and intelligent
individuals.
• Any kind of interview or written assessment for granting admission to
a child is strictly against the school motto of “Education for All”.
• The class to be assigned to a child will not be based on any tests or
assessments, previous class Report Card and date of birth are used as
indicators for the same.
