Job Purpose

A Center of Excellence (COE) is at heart a group of people – experts in business process management, customer relationship management,
and business domain, equipped with an arsenal of best practices and tools. A mature COE is a self-directing entity responsible for supporting
business users and shepherding complex projects to successful completion. The purpose of COE is to empower enterprises to get the most
out of standardized process , not only within key teams but across the entire organization. A COE links the big-picture strategy with day-to-
day operations, documents lessons learned and best practices, and makes it easier for different groups to reuse and adapt proven solutions.
Because it brings together smart people and cutting-edge technology from all parts of the enterprise, a COE will also play an important role
in digital transformation of credit.
An Innovation Analyst is responsible for proactively exploring new ways of improving the TAT and efficiency through zero ops scorecard
improvement, policy changes, product quality etc.
- Make customer journey processes more efficient resulting in better customer experience and reduced E2E
TAT
- Identify improvement in end to end processes through removal of non-core activities, increase in efficiency
through new builds and parametrization
Key / Primary - Drive the yearly budget and YOY reduction in total processing cost
Responsibilities of the
Role - List the primary - Work with credit, collection, product and policy teams to improve end to end process and portfolio quality
deliverables
- Drive end to end innovation implementation from POC, designing to launch and adoption of the build
- Retrospective analysis of journey processes, analyze the data (Eg. rationalization of deviations and skewness
of file flow at a particular level) and suggest measures to improve the quality of processes
- SOP creation & modification, identifying risks and taking proactive action
- Demonstrate expertise in getting industry benchmarks and suggest ways to resolve gaps between current and
industry benchmarks
- Work with business teams and credit teams to drive adoption of the builds/changes implemented
