SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:

1. One (1) pc filled up Ten prints fingerprint card dated 16 January 2023 in the
name of Rogelio ABARTE, 30 y/o, married Nipa, Culasi, Roxas City, Capiz. (Annex “A”);

2. One (1) pc filled up Ten prints fingerprint card dated 16 January 2023 in the
name of Arsenio Mabutas Santisima, 26 y/o, married and resident of No. 101 M-Roxas ,
Lower Brookside Baguio city (Annex “B”);

3. Developed, lifted/photographed latent print by F/P Technician Armenida Taco-


taco Matapang dated 0900H 13 July 2023 (Annex “C”)

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION: To establish personal identity

FINDINGS:

The latent print found in the crime scene and stated in Annex “C” and the standard print
in Annex “A” particularly the right thumb bears the peculiarities or similarities denoting
that the latent print is one. The latent specimen in Annex C does not match the ten
prints in Annex B.

CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, the latent print found in the crime scene stated in Annex C is from the
suspect Rogelio Abarte.
