08/08/2023 The client is working as an intern in Bank Rakyat and

contacted us that she has been sexually harassed by the

Executive in the Bank and was given rape threat by the

Executive as well.

She had asked her colleague regarding this and her

colleague suggested her to mention it to the HR and lodge

the complaint. However she later on withdraw the complain.

Later on, the Executive had been transfer to her branch and

because of her previous complain, everyone in the branch

knew about the story and she felt traumatize.

Later on, police also arrested the client somehow due to that

she had conducted a 'criminal act' and detained her in the

lockup for entire day. The police told her she will be send to
the court in the next day but ended up releaseing her instead.

She was very confused and after negotiated with her family,

she decided to hire a lawyer. Meanwhile, she was thinking of

resigning from the bank but she could not do so as she

needed the money to afford the lawyer.

Currently, she does'not know what to do and contacted us for

a counselling session.
