THE IMMIGRATION ACT, (CAP. 217)
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 11(3)
.
In virtue of sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the Immigration Act, (CAP. 217),
MR ZAKRIA AHMED S BAHRON, a citizen of Libya, born on the 1 November 1981, in Libya and
residing at No 13 Oberon Crt Blk A, Triq Bella Vista, San Gwann, Sgn2698, is hereby authorised to
undertake employment in Malta, subject to the conditions hereunder.

This licence is hereby renewed until the 3 January 2025 subject to variation or
cancellation.

CONDITIONS
.
In accordance with Chapter 594 of the Employment and Training Services Act, the employer has to send the engagement
form to the Employment and Training Corporation on the first day that the person to whom the Employment Licence refers
starts employment.Failure to do so may result in the revocation of the Employment Licence.

NOTES (1) Any infringement of the terms of this licence will entail its immediate withdrawal and will render the offender liable to criminal
prosecution under the Act.

. (2) This licence should be returned to, The Chairperson, Jobsplus, Hal Far BBG 3000, when the conditions for issuing it are no
longer met.

. (3) THE HOLDER OF THIS LICENCE SHOULD KEEP A COPY ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR PRESENTATION TO ANY
PERSON WHO IS AUTHORISED TO CARRY OUT INSPECTIONS IN TERMS OF MALTESE LAW.
