Pre-requisites
• Ensure you’ve raised a Service Desk ticket for Intune enrollment access for your Mac before you start.
• Supported OS: macOS Big Sur and Monterey (11.x and 12.x; macOS 13 Ventura is not fully supported)
• Authentication app: PingID (installed and active)
• Stable power source and Internet connection
NOTE: If you are using macOS below v11.x, kindly update your device to the latest available macOS from
Software Update, or please visit below URL for more information:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208969
IMPORTANT:
• Please go through this complete user guide before you start the enrollment and follow each step.
• If you are working from the office, kindly connect to the XS4MOBILE Wi-Fi profile (SSID) before
starting the enrollment process.
• Post migration, for some reason, if your Mac is unable to connect to the XS4MAC Wi-Fi profile, kindly
connect to XS4MOBILE Wi-Fi Profile and report the issue and continue to work. You may have to use
Capgemini VPN to access the Intranet services, while connected to XS4MOBILE.
• Upon successful enrollment to Intune, for now, all macOS devices would be registered as managed
"Corporate" devices. It does not imply the company owns your personal device. If this is not acceptable
to you, kindly raise a support ticket to de-enroll your personal Mac. However, this would deem the Mac
as an unmanaged device and remove the mandatory applications required for accessing Capgemini
services.
2. Click Update to install any missing updates once the Microsoft AutoUpdate window appears.
3. From Finder > Applications, launch Company Portal and click Sign in using your Capgemini
email and PingID passcode if prompted.
Also, allow Company Portal notification popup when it appears at the top right of your screen.
4. Click Begin.
5. Click Continue and click Download profile. The Profiles window opens.
7. Enter your Mac credentials when prompted and click Enroll. Now go back to the Company
Portal and click Done.
In case you receive the below error: Enable the FileVault and click Retry then Done from the
Company portal.
Earlier to macOS Ventura
1. Click Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Security &
Privacy.
2. Click the FileVault tab.
3. Click the lock icon ( ) and enter administrator name and password.
4. Click Turn On FileVault, select the first option and continue.
When prompted, enter your Mac password to complete the Recovery Key rotation.
At this point, all the mandatory apps will be automatically installed on your Mac, e.g. BloxOne,
CrowdStrike, Cisco AnyConnect, etc., through Managed Software Center app.
NOTE: This may take few minutes for Managed Software Center app to appear in Applications.
11. Click Update, you will be prompted to restart the Mac once all the mandatory software is
installed. Click Log out and update to restart.
IMPORTANT: When the process starts, please do not click Stop.
12. Once the Mac restarts, at the top right of your screen click Options to allow the Falcon
notifications (for some, this may appear without a restart).
Congratulations!
Your Mac is successfully enrolled to Capgemini Intune!
3. Enter Capgemini username and PingID passcode and click OK and Accept.
Once connected to VPN, at the top right of your Mac, the Cisco AnyConnect will appear with a
